About me and my practice
THERAPY SERVICES:
1. COUNSELLING & HOW I CAN HELP
I offer confidential counselling for many issues and work with adults, young people and small groups. My aim is to help you to explore your concerns and find ways forward that are right for you.
My counselling approach is person-centred. Creative/art therapy is also available.
Issues I can help with include:
Abuse, anxiety, bereavement, cultural, depression, disability, health, relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, spirituality, stress, work and other concerns.
2. REIKI & HOW I CAN HELP
Reiki is a practice of natural healing. It can activate the bodys own self-healing processes and can facilitate physical and emotional healing in harmony with your needs and best interests.
Many issues can be helped with Reiki physical and health problems, emotional, mental, and spiritual concerns.
3. SUPERVISION & HOW I CAN HELP
I offer confidential supervision to therapists and other professionals. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to discuss and explore issues relating to your work and help you to provide best practice.
Creative/art approaches are also available as another way to explore and potentially gain more insight.
SESSIONS
Sessions usually last 1 hour and can be arranged according to your requirements.
Telephone and remote sessions are also available.
I AM BASED AT
The Perrin Clinic, 83 Whittaker Lane, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1ET.
Easy access from Greater Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Lancashire, Cheshire and North West.
It is near the M60 motorway (junction 17 or 19) and close to local bus and Metrolink routes.
There is disabled access and ample free roadside parking.

Initial Consultation
In our first session, we would start with discussing how we might work together and what you wish to explore.
After this, the space is yours to start wherever you wish to start. If you are not sure where or how to start or find it difficult then I'll try to help you.
There is no set way of 'doing' therapy - I aim to offer a safe and supportive environment, where the process is co-created and evolves between us, in a way that is right for you.
Fees
1. Therapy sessions from £55 per hour. Discount is available for block booking of sessions.
2. Supervision sessions from £50 per hour.
When I Work
Sessions Mondays to Fridays.
Contact hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 6:00pm (except public holidays).
